wasn't one lot just to vote (no divi) and the other had a divi?

(Did they buy up the dividend bearing ones? Thought there was some catch like that on one of the promotions - or was that the bond?)

I was skint at the time and doubt they'll be doing another public issue for a long while yet, but would love to buy one for my son.
