As for the treating girlfriends badly, isn’t there something about that in cases where women can be made aware of men who’ve been abusive in previous relationships?

The alternative thought is though - shouldn’t you take responsibility for previous actions? As an employer, would you always have a clean slate for everyone who worked for you?
