Someone below said that the Forest Green Rovers Chairman is
on the panel that made the decision, even though his club stands to benefit from it.
Reminds me of when the FA chucked King's Lynn out of the FA cup for fielding a player who had been sent off in a pre-season five-a-side tournament and hadn't told the club. It cost the club several thousand pounds in much-needed revenue.
Then Tottenham fielded a player they shouldn't have and guess what happened?
