what infrastructure have Bournemouth got to show for their stay in the PL? Ditto Palarse?

If Norwich had not been in thrall to the World of Football and had put just 2% of TV cash aside every season in the PL then there would be £10m waiting to give us a head start.

Instead we spend virtually everything on players, including fat contract-renewals to Klose & Thompson & garden-leave for Oliveira, Drmic, Leitner & Marshall.
