Here's the reason you can't get through ion the phone
Alex Tettey answers the call and as he is no longer at Norwich he cant put the call through.
anyway I tried online but it wont let me ADD my friends/family ticket only REPLACE my ticket with theirs so that's no good, and sons ( also season ticket holder) comes up as postal whilst mine gets added to the smart card.
when I previously bought cup/away tickets online it was easy to add my friends to my order
