Wedding Locations in Norfolk

Next year I intend to make Mrs. In Holland the real Mrs. In Holland, and we want to have the ceremony and reception in Norfolk. We've phoned around a few places and got a few quotes which were mostly on a par, but one location - Lenwade Country House Hotel - was way cheaper than the rest.

Basically what I want to know is - what is wrong with it ?! :-) Is there any reason why it is so cheap, or is it quite nice and therefore just a good deal ?
