IMHO, I just dont think BIG ground expansion is a very high priority.

It would reduce capacity for at least one season.
Place a huge debt load on the club and may actually reduce demand for season tickets.
I still believe if we filled in the hotel corner an added 1-2K more seats we would have a nice mix of capacity and demand for the bigger games.
It would also not reduce capacity as most of the work could be ongoing.
