It’s a pretty interesting watch.

I get his logic on replacing 1 player with 3 players that make up Jack’s attributes, but that logic runs its course quickly when those 3 take up 3 out of your 11 starting positions instead of 1.

In saying that though, it does provide more versatility when you have to line up with slightly different systems depending on the opponent. You can slot in the player best suited for that game.
