Info for folk going to Carra tomorrow....

Norwich City will host Gillingham at Carrow Road at 8pm on Tuesday, August 3 in their latest pre-season friendly.

For those attending here is a handy guide of what to expect on your return to the stadium on Tuesday. Please note that entry requirements for fans will change for future fixtures.

Upon arrival to Carrow Road

You will NOT need a Covid-19 passport, proof of Covid-19 status or a double vaccination to attend this game.

There will not be any temperature checks on entering the stadium, but we would remind all supporters wishing to attend the game to follow the latest government and NHS guidance on Covid-19 and self-isolation. If you are suffering from any Covid-19 symptoms (such as high temperature, loss of smell / taste or a new / continuous cough) or are currently self-isolating, please do not attend.

Inside the stadium

We encourage all fans to wear a face covering while entering through the turnstiles, walking through the concourse and public areas and using the toilets. Once you have got to your seat, it is your preference as to whether you choose to wear a face covering.

Hand sanitisation stations will be available throughout the stadium.

Ticketing

Fans purchasing tickets in advance of the fixture via tickets.canaries.co.uk or by phone will be sent a QR code which they can scan for entry to the stadium.

If fans don’t have a smartphone, they can request a paper ticket to be posted or picked up from the ticket office.

You will not be able to use season ticket cards or membership cards to gain entry for this fixture.

Fans will be able to purchase tickets on the day of the game from the matchday ticket office, but we would encourage fans to purchase tickets in advance.

The ticket office at Carrow Road will be open from 9am to kick-off on matchday, but it remains shut on non-matchdays. You can still contact the ticket office via telephone, during normal working hours, on 01603 721902 (option one) or via email ncfcticketoffice@canaries.co.uk.

Cashless

Carrow Road will be a cashless stadium for the 2021/22 season. This means that for all Norwich City purchases, inside and outside of the stadium, must be by card or contactless payments. This includes our Carrow Road store, our corporate restaurants and bars, our programmes sellers and our food and beverage kiosks.

Carrow Road Store and Yellows Bar & Grill

Carrow Road Store and Yellows Bar & Grill will both be open on Tuesday ahead of the game. The opening times are as follows:

Carrow Road store: 9.30am to 20/30 minutes after full-time
Yellows Bar & Grill: 11am to 11pm
If supporters have any further queries, please contact supporterrelations@canaries.co.uk.
