Favourite ever Norwich match?

The Pinkun did that feature with Blackiston recently and it got me thinking - there'll always be some fond matches in my heart, but, and this might be a weird one, watching us beat Cardiff 3-1 in the early round of the cup three years ago (they were in the Prem, we'd had an awful start) - was really special for me.

An early view of what Emi could do (one of his first matches for us?), a sign of the talents that Max and Godfrey would become. And the general sense that we'd have real competition for places that year (I didn't think our first 11 looked too great, but our second 11, which we played that night, with the exception maybe of Tettey - looked just as good, if not better...).

That's what I kind of hope for from this year, we might not rate the first 11 as highly (without Skipp/Emi... maybe Max) but if the squad has real competition and the backups are all really champing at the bit to get their opportunity, I think that will give us a really good chance.

Time for new heroes and all...
