This is the part I don't understand about Ipswich.

There are tons of quality free agents out there for no fees so all this "Billionaire club" would have to do is rack up a wage bill and they would almost 100% be guaranteed to get back into the champs.

Unsurprisingly their fans have been sold another dodgy deal.
They just don't know it yet.
