This tournament woke up something I've probably known but haven't properly realized

But the penalty needs removing from the game (apart from deliberate handball on the line)

In every knockout game coward players looked to the referee to decide the games.

If players can't be professional enough to win a game in open play, then the pen needs removing and they can cheat and dive for indirect free kicks
