Bottom line is, I would love the atmosphere to be how it has been over the last few years,

I just can't see how it could be done though, personally I think the split is something like 60-40 to Worthy outers it could even be 50-50. I wish I new what the answer is to solve the problem. Personally I would bring in someone to work along side Worthy, that may appease Worthy outers & keep the inners happy. Get shot of Livermore & bring in a good coach could solve many of the problems.
