I agree with Himmers on this one ...

.. Helveg was completely mis-managed. Worthy played him in midfield and on the right wing (!), neither of which were his position. Worthy threw him into the side when unfit and then dropped him for a long time, jeopardising his international career and refusing to pick him even though the defence looked dreadful - you can hardly blame him for being pissed off.

Helveg's performance against Liverpool was one of the best I saw in a Norwich shirt this season, he got two assists against Newcastle (the cross for Ashton was sublime), the defence looked far more organised and composed with him in it (at home, anyway), and I think Bentley looked much better linking up with him on the right than with Eddy.

Even when Helveg played badly he contributed something - setting up Leon against Everton and winning one or two tackles.

I just think we were denied seeing the best of Helveg by managerial ineptitude, and I hope we make up for that next year - Shackell especially could learn a lot from him.
