tbf, I think that was a prediction rather than a recommendation

and there is a fair bit of scare-mongering out there in terms of how things are moving - it's hard to keep a sense of what's actually happening, unless you spend time staring at the numbers yourself. Which most people are far too sensible and otherwise occupied to spend their time doing.
