He has royally f**ked it up, whatever anyone says, and it's up to the board to decide to give him another chance.

if they do and it doesn't improve then they'll take a hell of a lot of flack for not acting sooner.

if he brings in 3 or 4 genuinely good champ players and turns it around then great.
