when we won 2-1 and still got relegated after Everton played their reserves against Cov.

It had been pouring all day & poured for the whole game. The pitch had huge lakes dotted all over it and it should have been abandoned - probably would have been if it wasn't the last game of the season. And f**king plod kept us in for half an hour after the final whistle ...

Abiding memories: singing "we're so wet it's unbelievable" and Bertschin's penalty at the Shed End which bobbled across the soaked area but somehow the goalie couldn't hold on to it and he scored on the rebound.

Can't remember their goal or our winner.
