Yes, it is included.
The terms of the sale: The purchase price and the lease to be extended before exchange at the vendors expense. The section 45 has been agreed therefore I would assume the next step is to produce the new lease and then register it with land registry which I am hoping won't take too long....(famous last words)
I would have no issue proceeding with exchange & completion if my solicitor has the new lease and the seller provides proof of application to land registry has been made.
Yet to receive the LP1 however only kicked it off last week.
