I had that quite a few times on my work mobile. People calling claiming they'd just...

missed a call from me, despite the phone sitting, unused, in front of me. Contacted the carrier and they claimed the SIM had been cloned (or some other nonsense). They sent me a new SIM which I swapped over and, touch wood, not happened again in last few weeks.
