But what I would say is that the only way he will ever win me over again is if I see a complete transformation in our approach, particularly away from home and some actual evidence that he has learned something from the last two seasons. I can't see that happening.

Even if he took us up next year I would want him replaced as manager as there would be no point going into the prem with Worthington at the helm. We would be down before we even kicked a ball.
