So can anyone get a jab in UK at the moment?

They cant give them away in the US, mainly because there are a ton of people who don't believe in things like science, logic and not being dumb as f**k.

With the recent published studies on the effectiveness of the various vaccines, in terms of preventing serious illness but also reducing the ability to transmit the virus....This may become the biggest Darwinism type experiment ever conducted.
