I don't think it's black and white re Kenny and others

In the Championship he was competing for a place against Rupp, Tettey, Vrancic, Sorensen and was the best in that position.

No reason he can't be the best in that position again but I would presume that he will be competing with better players to get in the starting XI.

So it's not as if he's going to be replaced as such, it's just that the bar is goling to be higher.
