possibly

1]take ownership and responsibility for this season. he bought in the players, he trains them, he picks the team so he ought to take responsibility.
2]Get rid of the reall dross - Hughes, Robinson, Etuhu, fleming.
3] get JJ to sign full time
4] play players in their best posiiton - ie spillane as a nidfielder (he was excellent in his wrong position so think how good he woudl be in midfield)
5} give reall honest appraisals of the game - not saying rubbish like there were positives, we played well, we deserved to draw when we all know the performance was total rubbish.

If the team are top 3 at Christmas. even playing hoofball will be acceptable if we are top 3 cos it means we will be winning
