In a way yes - but only because they didn't do it properly.
Instead of wandering around like grazing cattle and nicking corner flags, they should have all sat, peacefully, in and around the centre circle and be forcibly removed.
Might have got the game postponed which would have been a good result and the visuals would have been incredible.
