Winning

is more important to me than playing attractive football. That's a bonus in my opinion. In an ideal world I would like to see both.

For the time being winning is all I care about, in the hope that a better standard of football will come with time and staff changes (on the pitch, then at management level if the players they bring in aren't up to scratch).

Worthy should take the most responsibility for away record, as should the players.

I believe we've not made the play-offs because the whole club including fans were too arrogant when we were relegated, we assumed that we deserved to be up there. Nobody deserves to get promoted before a season starts.
