damned if u do, damned if u dont RE protests
Got in an arguement today with the 2 guys next to me...
they were accusing me a bit of being Fickle, Because i chanted Worthy out and i Cheered the goals..
the crux of the arguement was that as soon as we scored i must be fickle because i wasnt chanting worthy out anymore...
THe arguement continued a little bit because i admitted i wanted Worthy out... When we got the 3rd goal they were goading me, celebrating in my face etc... i told one of them i wasnt going celebrate it... although i did... the reason i said it was 1, to spite him, and 2 to make him look a bit foolish...
He had criticised me for slagging worthy off and cheering the goals.. so i figured if i told him i didnt celebrate the goal he'd accuse me of not supporting the team.. even though i had been... Made him look a bit silly as i say because he changed his whole argument the other way.. as did his mate...
Either way, one of em swore at me and told me to stay outside protesting at wolves rather than going in the ground...
the way i see it im damned if i do and damned if i dont.. if i cheer a goal then im fickle because i want Worthy out.. yet if i slag worthy off i am not getting behind the team.. same if we score a winner.. which we did...
I suppose i should say nothing and sit and make do witht the crap thats on display week after week then should i??? im sick of being pissed all over by 3rd rate cluybs like Millwall and Sheff wed and feel the board should act know...
If the guys who are arguing are reading this, no hard feelings fellas, ur entitled to ur opinion as much as i am mine... fact of the matter is s;lagging me off then changing your whole argument the other way in a spin is a bit silly, because it makes what ur trying to say Floored... see you at Wolves guys.. and Yes i was outside after the ground too.. but u both left before me so wont know that will u?
PS.. Worthington Out!
