Time to face facts

If the Board were going to get rid of the Worthy one they would have done so long before now.

It is obvious to all but the most deluded that what is being served up on the pitch is totally unacceptable but the Board still stand resolutely behind their man.

No true fan wants to witness what we have endured this season and must find the prospect of yet another season of dross to come almost too much to bear.

The Board must look at the healthy season ticket sales, the terrific away support and the low turnout for the pre-match protests as a form of justification for their inaction.

Worthy's comments all season have proved that he hasn't learnt a thing. He was always slow to learn from his mistakes but now he seems to have given up on that altogether. He must feel that he has reached a state of grace that means he no longer needs to learn anything more.

The message to the Board from the fans is clear. More of the same please and see you next season.
