I can see them begging someone like Evans to step in again within two to three years, if this doesn’t result in back to back promotions.
These overseas fund managers don’t f**k about to massage the egos of entitled ‘stakeholder’ fans , who think they are owed a place at football’s top table, just because they’ve heard that the club once had a decent run during a halcyon era, when the game was played at a snail’s pace.
