I've got no issue with that at all, it's the public nature of it..
which makes me uncomfortable. If it needs to be done straight away, maybe a room they could go to where they could discuss it privately is needed.
Although as Ken Dodds Dad's Dog rightly mentions below, I don't really know what they were discussing!
