It isn’t the managers is it? I mean, getting out of the Championship via the playoffs can almost happen by accident with any half decent managerial team and squad.
The ownership and unrealistic fan expectations have created a toxic atmosphere which makes it impossible for players to perform.
They appear to have found a level which suits this combo.
