Inappropriately serious answer

As alcohol suppresses your immune system a bit, and you want it working to react to the jab, maybe best to have a few days off the sauce. But if I'm too late, don't worry, it will still work.

Also side effects more likely tomorrow than today. I got off fairly lightly (but shivery for one day, slept a lot, that was kind of it); others have been floored for a couple of days or so; some get no noticeable side effects at all. All are fine and no predicting which category you'll fit into. I did have a heavy arm for several days but it wasn't bad at all.
