I think the worst part of it

Is that Bill Gates has known exactly where I am since Friday but he hasn't bothered to call round or phone me. Hasn't even texted.

I felt tired for a couple of days, had a bit of a sore throat for a day. Pain in the arm lasted the longest but I can't feel that this morning either.
