I would expect that beyond the young core we would offer 2 year contracts only so that we can move on from people in the event of relegation. Clearly injuries have been rather disastrous for succession planning (Idah, Martin, Mumba, Placheta) have all sort of played their way in, then also either been over-used because of injuries to or naughtiness by others and so played themselves out or been blocked by a lack of a move.

I'd expect those 4 to be loaned back to the Championship I've got no idea what they're planning to do with McCallum and Quintilla. There was lots of kind of chat that they were planning to keep Dimi and Javi which would sure spell another loan for McCallum.

I reckon next year depth chart:

GK: Krul, Nyland, Mickey (Barden to go on loan)
RB: NEW HERO1, Byram (Aarons £30m, Mumba on loan)
CB: Hanley, Gibson, NEW HERO2, Zimmerman (Famewo and Omobamidele on loan)
LB: Giannoulis, Quintilla (McCallum loan to Cov Obvs)
DCM: McLean, NEW HERO3 Sorensen, Tettey
AM: Buendia, Cantwell, Dowell, NEW HERO 4 (Martin on loan)
Wingers: NEW HERO5, Onel (Placheta on loan)
