Batting preparations and team selection all round
Has been wrong for tests 2-4 (and player management excreable)
With the way we won the tosses we could have won this.
Covid disruption is a genuine excuse ,but I fear until the backroom staff get a more modern approach to managing and preparing the squad , we'll continue to miss our opportunities.
They could learn a lot from how top football teams manage and develop their squad of players (including Norwich, match)
I don't think Silverwood should get a free pass on this. They need to look clear eyed at what they're doing wrong.
