Borrowed the money to buy Man U, then
bought majority of the shares only to hand the loan over to United. Hence Man U have the debt, not the owners.
Ipswich should be careful their possible new owners don't do the same or they will have bigger debts than they have now.
We wouldn't want that, would we?
