I've got loads of the players who will be great in 5-6 years.

Obviously they're all inexperienced at the minute, but getting there - now in 08-09.

I play 442, with a fairly direct form of attack,but also with focus down the wings. Jarvis as the target man. Ashton scores avg of 35 a season.

Give it a season or two...
