i find that most of those pasty shops don't do a bad job
i remember when you couldn't get the real thing outside of Kernow. Ginsters are nice things to eat but they certainly aren't pasties. And as for those things they used to serve at the canteen containing mince meat, peas and carrots, i've no idea where that idea came from.
