Do you mean body fat percentage rather than BMI?

I don't think the fancy body fat scales are in any way accurate. You are far better off with a set of lard calipers (probably not the correct terminology) which you can get for a couple of quid online. Measure yourself, put the readings into an online calculator and get an accurate answer.

BMI = weight in kg divided by height (in metres) squared
