Well assuming the worst case scenario where both Swansea and Brentford win any games in

hand and Brentford win both their games this week.

Two draws this week sees:

Brentford 57
Norwich 56
Swansea 54

Whereas beat Millwall and lose to Swansea sees:

Brentford 57
Norwich 57
Swansea 56

So I suppose you can argue the toss either way about which is the better outcome.

Obviously the best outcome is we beat Swansea which could potentially put us 10 points clear of them (albeit with a game in hand) if we win tonight.
