Posted the other day that I thought Kate Bingham had done an excellent job. I think this article is good because it shows that ministers who make bad decisions (and Hancock is certainly one of those) can also make good ones too (as he has done around vaccines). Of course this fits neither the "Tories incompetent w**kers" nor the "Tories world beating saviours" narrative that things usually regress to; but this particular piece has gone well and we should all be glad of it, imho.
