Traffic Cones get a great mention in Lee Sharpes Autobiography

Apparently while at Leeds working us a coach under George Graham, David O Leary was invited to take training for the day for the first time as George was away.

David turned up, looked at the players, then the balls, then the pitch and shook and scratched his head a few times. He then sent an apprentice to go fetch 24 small traffic cones (Which they used for running drills etc) he then lined up each of the cones with a ball on top and asked each player of the first team squad to practice volleying the balls off the cones.....for 3 hours......

Could explain why Villa are so s**te
