Get him into the office Monday morning. Sack him. No pay off no nothing. Let him go to an employment tribunal - all we need to do is play the tape of today's game and he has no case. People slag off Hughesy, and granted he isn't much good but at least he tries. Desmond doesn't even pretend to try. Get rid. NOW!
