for a start they should have sacked him months ago.i havnt got all

the answers but then im not paid to come up with them. im not going to say who i think shoul take over because we all got our own man in mind,but i can think of 15 or 20 proven managers who would do a good job. the club needs freshening up,with a new man with new ideas and tactics
