US breaks from the UK in Vaccine approach...
Basically the US wants to stick with the efficacy regiment used in the phase trials. (making sure people get both doses at the suggested interval)
It does seem strange the UK would do something which flies against what is currently known about the effectiveness of the vaccine when two does are given at the suggested intervals.
