"This season, I admit, i got it wrong. After relegation i was under the impression that to get out of this league we would have to play direct football with a lot of hard work and fitness. I signed players that i thought would help us do that, unfortunatley it has not worked out for me or a number of those players"

"I underestimated some of the quality in this league and now realise that to get out of this division we are going to add some proven quality and some creative flair to the team. Next season we need to get back to playing football the correct way, the Norwich way, on the deck, you only have to look at Reading to see what can be achieved by this."
