Lg 1 and 2 is a grant so is not repayable. Even so I can't really see how it is helping long term. The EFL is really not doing anything to force clubs to live within their means. Its just a sticky plaster until the next crisis hits. There realy needs to be wholesale financial changes to force clubs to be more prudent.
