Thanks - this is really interesting regarding post brexit transfers
Particularly in the championship where the top league / champions league aspects aren't applicable.
So regular players for teams in the FIFA top 50 are able to get work permits but players who are either not capped/regulars in their national teams or play for national teams outside the top 50 are unable to get work permits.
This means our scouting would need to be for UK players and players who are representing the FIFA top 50. So basically no more Bundesliga Zwei signings but recruitment from the likes of Serbia, Paraguay and Venezuela.
I guess our academy becomes increasingly important...
