This is the main difficulty we face as we go up, finding young players that

can develop into Premier league players in the future. Obviously we have to gamble on players but what is the success rate we should aspire to? Chelsea have 40 odd players on loan every season and have developed just 3? (James, Tomori and Abraham) in the last few years (and still needed to spend 200mill this window).

We cannot possibly follow that model, so the more successful we are the more unsustainable our model becomes. I have no idea what the answer is but in all honesty I prefer we try this way than the Burnley method of getting in journymen Prem players that neither excite or fail.
