Season ticket holders are advised to make sure their email address on their customer file is updated and that they’ve created an iFollow account matching that email by no later than 2pm on Thursday if they want to watch our next two matches against Wycombe Wanderers and Brentford for FREE on iFollow.

City host Wycombe at Carrow Road on Saturday, October 24 (3pm UK) before travelling to face Brentford on Tuesday, October 27 (7.45pm UK).

Both matches fall under the offer for season ticket holders to watch for free but they must make sure their email address with the club is up-to-date by doing the following:

Visit tickets.canaries.co.uk and login
Select ‘change your details, preferences and opt-in’
Ensure that fans have a valid and up to date email within the ‘email’ field
Select ‘update’
If a season ticket holder does not have an account on iFollow matching that email address, they will need to create one by visiting User Posted Link

The match passes will then automatically be made available here (for Wycombe) and here (for Brentford) on the day of the games, as long as the season ticket holder is logged into an iFollow account using the same email address as their ticketing account.

Please note that this process to watch fixtures will remain until further notice and season ticket holders will no longer be receiving codes via email.

Season ticket holders have until 2pm on Thursday to do this, if not they will have to purchase a £10 iFollow match pass.
