And nous we were lacking last year.
It's the second plank of the self sustaining plan really.
We can bring in youngsters and play them alongside some toughened campaigners (like Krul, etc).
It's still a risky strategy (but then again, what isn't?) - fewer of the old heads who won us the champs made the leap up than we needed (which is why I do think it's time to move on from trybull and leitner).
Quintilla/Gibson/Hugill do look a notch up, and we couldn't have afforded them two years ago.
